Justice has prevailed that Mr. Kaing (Duch) is not above the law or a superman on earth. Anyone, any country ruler who committed this horrible genocide or murder must bring to justice. On the other hand, Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen, and other former Khmer Rouge shall face Tribunal as well as Mr. Kaing and no excuses.
International Law needs to upgrade it own law and put more power on it organization to be able to prosecute this type of mass murder individual or group in an easy way. Let send a clear message to the world communities that anyone who committing this atrocity or massacre will face international tribunal.
