No one deserved to die because lives are very precious, but those who are so bad to the bones, are the one that should be punished and perished. Anyway, feel bad to the family victim. Who committed crime in any picture, will be prosecuted by the law, but not for the Vietnamese government to use that word as Racist. If in America, this word is so strong and the law is so strict about it. Mr. Hun Sen should step up to defend Cambodia so the dignity of the nation should not be classified as a lower value.

What happened during that day between Vietnamese man and Cambodian men, I couldn't believe that they claimed as racist.
When I came to America in 1980, I was living in the black people neighborhood and a three of the youngsters hit and kicked
my friend, I ran out for help and said the "black" people are beating my friend. Here or in the movie, they used the word
black or white people and it is normal. So, that man screamed that Vietnamese beating Khmer, is okay to say and
I really don't see as racist. If the other party claimed as racist, the government must take a quick action to respond and protect
the value of Cambodia because again, this world should not be used at all when it is not right. If the government scare, that also
signify that Cambodian as a whole are the same. That is how they look down on us because they were labeling us like a price
tag that put on clothes.

Seems like the Govt is acting really quick and pay very close attention to this tragedy. I won't be surprise if they resolve this issue in a short period of time and as for the other killings, the cases will still be sitting at the bottom of their to-do list.

Vows to bring the perpetrators to justice. what a comfort to the victim's family.Well I hope they don't arrest the wrong perpetrators like the case of Chea Vichea's murder. I tell you what when the pressure is on them. They most likely arrest the wrong people, torture them to get confessions out them. And lady and gentleman the justice is served. PS You know what is really pisses me off is that those NGOs or these so called Civil society appeals to the authorities to thoroughly investigate the case. They know [...] well that is not going to be a credible investigation and why do civil society group pay this lips service so that to show that they are doing their job?. Come on you jokers you should be more creative than that. I am sick and tired of this PR trash from civil society.

Jungleman. from Dak lak/Vietnam. :

It is a good thing to bring perpetrators of racist killing to justice.
The person was killed by drunkard mobs which culture was import from Vietnam to Cambodia, and just one person being killed by alcoholic Vietnamese government called immediate inquiry???
To CCHR,MIRO and RFA reporters, before you drum up the manipulated tainting the image of Cambodia by Vietnamese authority, to make sure the case is matter of justice, come to see in Central Highlands of Vietnam where Montagnard Degar people is living. There are thousand a similar cases of racist killing happen to them every single day . But Vietnam authority fails to inquiry to bring to justice.
This is a trap, you must look at behind the scene.
To Cambodian ,keep your country do not fall into the trap of Vietnamese government evil. You still have a chance.

This is nice, that the government would do a thorough investigation on this after Vietnam requested. I wish the government had done the same when Chea Vichea and Chut Vuthy were murdered. Is Hun Sen government working for Vietnamese or for Khmer?

Why are people keep referring the word "youn" derogatory? Youn is a short word, referring to people of that country. Khmer had been using that word for ages. It only became derogatory for some people when people attached feeling and emotion to the word. I said before, this is no more derogatory than, "Khmer, Seam, Laos, or A-Gkan(referring to Americans)". These are all referring to people, not country. What is one word, other than "youn", referring to Vietnamese people. None!! People of Vietnam is Vietnamese People. This is too long for Khmer to use when they talk.

In previous years and in 2013 alone over 40 Cambodians were killed as target practice by Thai soldiers by Preah Vihear!

Why did the NGO, Human Rights activists NOT called on the THAIS for their obvious racist, inhumane actions? Are they not racist against Cambodians and supporting a TRUE communist Vietnam that have been ABUSING human rights all along. Is it not the pot calling the kettle?

It is ludicrous to blame anything and everything on the race card, just another smoke screen, politically motivated to protect the real communist agenda.

Is this called journalism? Nothing but spreading confusion and NOT addressing or solving the real issue.
