The fault lies with the CPP. The CPP doesn't want to talk. How many times CNRP requesting talk with CPP? Many many times. Each time CPP refused. Instead, the CPP finds something to charge CNRP with. This is a form of intimidation. People see this CPP's evil tactics and they will punish CPP for this in 2017 and 2018.
