come on Japan, if you realy want to help Cambodia then stop giving Hun Sen what he has always wanted, that's cash. just look at how ordinary Khmer live and compare that to Hun Sen's family or his inner circles.

Folks-Everyone in the world acts in the interrests of his/her country or her people, only the the idiot/traitor Hun Sen and corrupted CPP. Look how much Japan invest in Vietnam & China-why Japan care about Cambodia? Japan has to blindly support the agressors China and Vietnam who dominate Cambodia.
