Hun Sin should know 99% Khmer overseas don't support him. Only a few families and friends who are related to CPP high ranking officials support them. So these protesters in France were those 99% who hate Hun Sin.

I think it a reverse. If Vietnam thinks CPP will lose in 2018, it wants to speed border demarcation because it doesn't want to renegotiate with CNRP. This is the perception people see of CPP.

It is a good move, but Raisy should talk to Hun Sen's daddy, Youn and Hun Sen's grand daddy, Chin other than that, Rainsy is barking at the wrong tree.
