to anyone who has spent time there the ILO is really just a joke, perhaps to make foreign companies to operate under the guise of good working conditions. A few non-important factories will be targeted, some press announcements, then back to hiring and work practices as usual.

Abusing your workers is a serious matter. Violating human rights is not a joke. Greedy is a game factory owners play with workers lives. Not a game, okay!

Which is more damage to Cambodia Garment Manufacturing, ILO reports violations on workers rights and safety or let these factories continue their abuses on workers?
This government doesn't care about these workers, the government takes side where is the money is, that is factory owners.

“We don’t want the ILO to immediately inform the buyers.”
In other words, we don't ILO to expose our crime of abusing our workers to the buyers, right?
