What should I call Ouk Kimseng? I call this guy Mr. Monkey. why? he does not have much brain. he see his boss do then he do it too so monkey see monkey do. From today all media in Cambodia must call this guy Monkey Ouk Kimseng or I will send all of you to do farming like Pol Pot.

Yeah, soon he will demand people calling him "Supreme Leader" like North Korea. What's next after that? "God on earth?"
