Many secret organized crimes under Prime M HunSen's selfish regime continue again and again in Cambodia where my parents and myself were shot down during Vietnam war while opening a biggest fire on other sides. It was a crime against humanity for current Government to make restriction for peoples' points of views at "Democracy Park", close to US Embassy in PPenh.  
Please, the whole World's peoples and ICC should urgently take legal action not to let him and his evils persons continue their infair leadership before their indispensable death. Who refuses this idea?  All related suspected criminals are too patient to hide their possible crimes, I think.

His regime is too open for young generation to use drug, trafficking workers and force indigenous minoryties to quit their house or homeland without suitable solution. ICC should prosecute Mr.second PolPot Sihanouk HunSen and his other cruel high ranking officials and/or his own sons using peoples' life as their own private business with 353 deaths persons at KohPich new Business Island in PPenh. They must be sentenced soon some time at the end of this year, please. The populations need to see him Hun Sen and his team laughing and smoking cigarettes in Hell prison.

All my dear, We really need you to resolve the Prime MHun's case on severe crimes against many victims in Cambodia. For us, it is not necessary to try to find missing Malaysia Airlines with strong smart 239 voyageurs on board. They miss you too, but cannot return back unless all others' properties such as land or territory or missing soldiers died or alive return back to their original masters or origin owners. ICC must officially recognize what American lawyer SKLAR had looked into at several sources of informations on crimes systematically committed by Cambodian Goverment since UNTAC period of time in Cambodia. It is a LOOOONNNNG shot win WHENever it does happen. In the last twenty years the KRT has convicted one and only Khmer Rouge out of millions!
HUN SEN is written as a "former" Khmer Rouge, although he had NEVER changed his party's communist roots and ideals in Vietnam. Hun Sen was indoctrinated in Hanoi and speaks fluent Vietcong;and so, is the ROYAL Cambodian Military! Cambodia People Party (CCP) is a euphemism for Communist People Party! He now wears a tie and suit as do the Communists in China or in Vietnam, does it make him less of a communist dictator?

Should Cambodians wait another 20-30 years before any JUSTICE is rendered? By that time Hun Sen will have more time to do damages before he is tried!

WAKE UP Cambodians! ACTIONS speak LOUDER than a war of words!

Cambodians are losing their houses and lands because they still believe in outdated traditions and thinking! Change your thoughts and take actions to defend the law of your land!

Many peoples hope a little on ICC. They find out that ICC might delay time like Khmer Rouge Tribunal Trial does in Phnom Penh. HunSen may use civil war or use reginal war with Thailand which violate Cambodian borders in 2011 etc, had killed some Cambodians. Hun Sen is using third hand to destroy ICC plans. I say this because I was born in Cambodia and my parents and sibling were killed by Khmer leaders. Now, I am in USA I look back I don't want to see a small group of leaders live above the law and kill innocent people again. Cheang Vun says the government would not pay attention to it, and calling it "a waste of time." Cheang Vun is right, the CPP had never pay any attention to its people for the last 28 years. Now people are crying louder and louder everyday, but the CPP are deaft to their cry because they are too busy enriching themselves with power and money. This is no surprise statement by Cheang Vun and the CPP. They have sang the same tune many times before.

Hun Sen has been playing this scam game with U.N and Cambodian people before KRT was set up. U.N should wake up and smell the coffee before wasting any more money. Cambodian people are waking up and they demanding a game change and so should the U.N.
