There are only two things with cases like this in the past. CPP hired hitman or scapegoat like Chea Vichea murder.

Now, it looks more and more like CPP hired hitman. How did the incompetent police were there to catch the suspect, unless they knew in advanced. Like in the past, incompetent police never caught the suspect. Why this one? To show people that the CPP is doing a good job. See, we can catch a murder. Don't be fooled people. It's all a show.

This will only unite people more, and galvanize their determination to replace this corrupt government.

Anyway, Chuop Samlap means ‘catch and kill,' is it not, and not 'meet and kill?'
