I believe PM hun sen will get tople some day if he or she tries again in the future because most combodians oversea don't like hun sen because of his relationship between hun sen and vietnamese government.

Hun Sen has tried many ways to isolate Khem Sokha from Sam Rainsy. this is nothing new. In order for CPP to win the next election, Hun Sen has break CNRP into pieces and form more mini opposition parties such as Kem Ley, Mam Sonando, Soun Sareyratha, and Khem Veasna etc. The CNRP. leader, Sam Rainsy and Khem Sokha, you have to bond together until we receive victory from Hun Sen (Dictator). All Khmer people are still on your side.

Please all Cambodian friends such as USA, UK, Japan, France and another countries around the world, help and rescue Cambodian people from the second killing field or Hun Sen regime. Hun Sen' s policies is very similar to Pol Pot's policies who liked kill Cambodian nation. I can predict if CPP will lose the next general election on 2018, Hun Sen will create the Civil War again to kill Cambodian people who are anti-communist or anti-Hun Sen.

First of all, the election committee is not an "independence agency" as written. It is a body that is set up by and directly control by the ruling party CPP. The writer and the translator should pay more attention to such details.

Secondly, this is a very badly written article with very badly worded English translation, such as "I confessed that we couldn’t reform the election by 100 percent.” The better word would be "I admit...", you confess to a crime etc... It seems Yun Samean has very poor English skill, or inadequate at best, and his pronunciation is also very crude. I'm not talking having an accent, I'm talking about him not able to pronounce the most basic English words that even an ESL 101 student should know, but for a broadcaster based in America, it is damn annoying. He needs to get tutoring to pronounce correctly words such as: botanical, Alejandro,...

Every dictator fears revolution.

Basically, he fears losing his power to the people.That the people will rise up and overthrow the dictator. Or that people close to the dictator may try to assassinate or harm this dictator.
