After April, 30th 1975, the VC authority in Hanoi confiscated properties of many people whom,to them,considered as the VC's opponents....and forced them and their family to go to the so-called "new economic zone" in high land central of Vietnam where thos Montagnards living. The tactic of VCP is very crucial and evil, first they would take all properties for themselves, second to kill those "opponents" slowly by isolate them in the jungle where diseases , malnutrition, hunger are caused of many hundred thousand deaths...and ultimately they create a conflict between the Montagard and those innocent people.
VPC HAS BEEN COMMITTED GENOCIDE ON THEIR OWN PEOPLE AND OTHER MINORITY ETHNIC CLEASING AT THE SAME TIME.
A TRIBUNAL AND TRIAL MUST BE SET UP TO PERSECUTE THOSE VPC IN HANOI FOR THIS CRIME.
