Ask the puppet king for help? Good luck. He's in China for medical check-up for himself; he 's not with Khmer people back home crying for help everyday (= lost land, human right abused by cpp, etc). Her won't trust Khmer doctors in Cambodia.
He 's there to protech the chinese interest; therefore he will let the cpp win anyway. This king is worthless !!!
