The CPP needs to come clean on this. They look more and more like a thief every time they resist investigation on these irregularities.

Mr. Hun Sen, in the heart of Cambodian you are not a hero.
If don't lost this time , It is sure your next children, grandchildren will lose to Vietnam.
So what is the meaning for your victory on this election? and your silly greed on the power,.
Wake up Cambodians.

sam from Lowell, massachusetts :

There is a way to audit the vote. Once approved by NEC, CNRP party take the list of the people that didn't get to vote plug into the Database that NEC used to store the name of the voters on that day. You can use software like filesync to automatically compare between the 2 lists and will spit out the different. If someone use other people name to vote for CPP, it will flag up. It should show result like 5 minutes instead of couple days.

That is a great idea. But the problem is CPP willing. Is CPP willing to expose these irregularities? Are they willing to find solutions and justice for those who denied their votes.
