Why Cambodia government fears International committee to probe this election? I think Mr. Hun sen cheated this election exactly.

Reply to this commentAfter 28 years of absolute power, it's time for change. Before the election you stated if your party get less than 60% of support you will step down. The Cambodian people spoke loud and clear, it is time for you to step down before it's too late for you.

Reply to this commentInternational community take notice. Get ready to witness hun sen trying to steal this election. It's not enough the NEC had botched this election, but now they want to steal seats from CNRP. This is so illegal. This is essentially stealing all 2.9 million votes from people who voted for CNRP, robbing of their voting rights.
There is no where in the Cambodia Constitution that says seats can be distributed. But the law of election in the National Assembly says, NEC can distribute seats to other parties if the party "declares to abandone" their seats.
NOTICE, it says the PARTY, "declares to abandone," NOT the NEC "declare to abandone their seats. There is a big difference. Again, the PARTY "declares to abandone" not NEC. Which means that the owners of the seats have to "declare to abandone" not NEC.
Perhaps CNRP members need to call in sick. Maybe 10 or 15 rotating members can call in sick.
