Dumb math. It doesn't add up. That explains everything. Pol Pot didn't allow school, and it shows....Go back to your grave, perhaps take night classes.

Reply to this commentI see, the general Khmer trait is not only plagiarizing, but also math-dense. That's probably the reason why the Khmer PPP is the lowest in ASIA. Too plagiarizing, too dense in math, too pigheaded in reasoning. Only deathwish and prone to perdition.

I finally drew out this foreign pig who likes to insult Khmer, a common trait among his kind, to make himself look smarter when he's in fact not. His rambling is a telltale sign of an escaped mental patient. What kind of a confused foreign psycho calling himself Pol Pot? Is this part of his therapy prescription? Does he even know Pol Pot was? But I let him be, rest in hell, Pol Pot!

As I said "IF WIKI IS RELIABLE..." and it seems very RELIABLE. Otherwise Hun Sen (or his stooges) won't go berserk with insulting...LOL

... Pol Pot is rambling incoherence again. He must feel his interest in Cambodia is threatened. I wonder how many shady deals he will lose if the opposition comes to power? He's going nuts. LOL

What's wrong with RFA.org? Sabotage from the Communist Pigs?
Hun Sen has a much better vitae. His father, Hun Neang (see wiki: Hun_Neang), fought against the Colonialist (Sam Bjean and Sam Sary didn't) and Sen himself fought against Pol Pot (Rainsy didn't).
Even Hun Sen in a prevalent position he talks with the underdog Rainsy whose "power" relies on French Citizenship, his popularism against a neighbor (Vietnam) and the gullibility of the underdeveloped Khmer. If Cambodia "selects" this turncoat Sam Rainsy as its Prime Minister then Cambodia earns its fate as a damned nation beyond redemption. And the Khmer people could face a tough reality that they are surrounded by vile pigs (West: The Thai, East: The Viet, North: The Lao, South: Thai & Viet).
And China? Too faraway. Deng Xhitpig tried to help Pol Pot but failed badly. Today? China is busy with the emerged Japan and a stronger-than-before Vietnam and hasn't any interest to save a turncoat Rainsy for nothing...

An Agreement between the unequals? Yes. Hun Sen is the bad, but Sam Rainsy is the worse.
Sam Rainsy belongs to the "Nomenclatura". If Wiki is reliable, the "Sam" caste rules Cambodia for years. His grandfather Sam Nhean, a prominent politician in the 1940s, and his father Sam Sary (who instigated a coup against Norodom Sihanouk and as worst as Pol Pot: The Sam Sary Affair -see wiki-). Probably it's the Sam's tradition to stage instigation for personal gains. Nhean, Sary got the "highest position". Rainsy does the same. His aim's to become the Prime Minister (higher than his scandal-ridden dad and his granddad-LOL-

"However, if the two parties are unable to come to an agreement on the draft laws, the matter would be referred to the top leaders to break the stalemate, according to Eng Chhay Eang."
What does this mean, "referred to the top leaders to break the stalemate..." This is why CNRP should have waited until every little details are ironed out before they agreed to it. They had plenty of time to work it out. Is this a trap? Think of how much time wasted in going back to reform NEC when they could have moved on to other reforms like the corrupt court for example, and the salary for workers, land concessions and evictions, and border issues.
"The CPP had rejected the request for immunity, saying it was not international practice to offer such extensive protection to election organizers, but agreed to other demands such as the NEC’s financial autonomy and independence from the government."
Thailand granted their NEC an immunity, why can't Cambodia?

That's your math? If you minus Sam Rainsy, you get
Pol Pot = Hun Sen.
Does this make you Hun Sen or Hun Sen's stooge?
