It seems that Prime Minister Hun Sen is doing nothing to crack down on those business people and military accomplices. He should be reminded that such incidents can stoke social movement that might disrupt his being in power or weaken his popularity. Act now my beloved PM.

To cover up their crimes,they have to kill the gunman in order to hide the first place of the event !!!this is the tactic Hun Sen has used before.
