Perhaps forcing people to use the honorific titles of Lord Supreme Commander and Scholar will cause people to forget about the murder of Piseth Pilika.

This is a fear and paranoia of CPP. They saw what happened in Myanmar. It was all possible because of ordinary citizens banded together. It's inevitable the CPP will suffer the same fate as Myanmar military junta.
