OMG finally, a spotlight is shined on a criminal Dictator's family in Cambodia! Neil Armstrong (the first human to step on the moon) utter out this phrase "That’s one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind"! Although it's deem spotlight but this is a giant leap for JUSTICE and rule of laws in Cambodia.

First of all, BRAVO BRAVO!!!

<<<Council of minister’s spokesperson Phay Siphan told RFA’s Khmer Service on Wednesday that the government is unconcerned about the lawsuit because Cambodia is a sovereign nation and does not come under U.S. law.>>>

Is this why you arrest people on trump-charges and put on a show trial in your kangaroo court? This is the mentality of the CPP thugs, that they could do anything they wanted in the country, including abusing and killing their own innocent people like in Veng Sreng. A string of killings Chea Vichea, Chhut Vuthy, Kem Ley and many others including journalists. This 30 years pattern of killings will continue if we don't change this corrupt murderous regime, or as Mr. Lim called it "savage regime."

<<<While foreign government sovereignty usually protects foreign officials from facing trial in the U.S. just as U.S. leaders are protected from lawsuits abroad, the Foreign Sovereign Immunity Act contains an exception for violent action against U.S. citizens abroad, explained Sklar.>>>

This is why terrorists can't get away with murdering U.S citizens abroad. And it's why the U.S and many other countries are working hard to bring terrorists to face justice in U.S and their respective countries. So this case is no different from the terrorists who hurt U.S citizens. So I am 100% behind this lawsuit.

Please remember...

"We are poor individuals with no power, but together on election days, we will bring down this corrupt murderous government."

We must unite to bring change so Chea Vichea, Chhut Vuthy, Kem Ley and many others won't die in vain.
