So what happens if Khmer Rouge Tribunal summons Heng Samrin and many other ex-Khmer Rouge as witnesses and they refused. Will they be arrested?

I like to see a new summon by Tribunal court again. Please issue a new one.

Just give Article number of the Criminal Code is meaningless. What does it say. Give a definition please so people could learn about this code.

No one can interfere with the court except Hun Sin, right? If it's a legal and personal issues than why not go after thousands and thousands men who have committed the same act as Kem Sokha, huh? Why just Kem Sokha? Is it because he's a politician therefore it's political?
