Cambodia has no rule of law when Hun Sin decided to make frivolous charges against Kem Sokha a few months ago and then asked the King to pardon him last week. Cambodia has the appearance rule of law, nothing more. Power and money still rule the day. Nothing will change until no more dictator calling the shot.

The people will have to decide in 2017 and 2018 if they want this to continue.

Last deal week between CNRP and CPP was a good first step. CNRP needs to be reminded of FUNCINPEC disaster with CPP way back when. CNRP does not need to walk the same path. Remember why you are strong now, with millions of people supporting you because you are united. So the saying still holds true, "united we stand, divided we fall." Remember that.
