Reply to this commentIt isn't that convenient the constitution council orders for the local election officials to be punished for their careless work at the polling stations.one obvious trade mark of cpp i have noted is is that if they are allegedly accused doing of something wrong, they rarely protest their innocence but they mostly keep quiet about it as though to say to their accusers what are you going to do about it ? because we are the law and we have guns and armies.

definately rigged elections. when the single ruling party cpp owns the police,army,regulates the voting procedure , threatens civil war if he loses. now why would he need to threaten the people if he is sure of victory, and who wants a leader who cares not about the death of his people. we need a petition signed by a majority of the country calling for a re election. where peoples names are actually on the list and can cast freely,. this previous election is a joke, and shows the world cambodia is full of lies and deception.
