Phay Siphan is not honor man. He says whatever Hun Sen wants.
The setup to make Bun Ratha be a suspect criminal is a scapegoat of Hun Sen for non-responsibility for the death of the young girl committed by the high ranking official of goverment Hun Sen. Has that murderer been arrested or punished.
Now is the time that Hen Sen and Phay Siphan shall appear in the international tribunal court sued by Sourn Serey Ratha. If they will appear there, I think Bun Ratha should appear in the CPP's Hun Sen judicial court, too.

Phay Siphan, you should be ashame of yourself. You are nothing but a puppet of Mr. Hun. Justice system in Cambodia is nothing but Mr. Hun's tool. Bun Ratha, be smart DO NOT turn yourself in.
