Although it is encouraging that the ICC acknowledge the KPPM’s complain but it is shameful that the ICC is still looking for more evidence to proceed with the investigation.
How much more evidence do you need? The 1997 bombed against the opposition party. The coup da ta, where hundred were executed. The killing of the opposition party in every so call election. If these are not the crimes against humanity, what is?

Reply to this commentThe reason you will never see a vibrant discussion here is because everyone in Cambodia has lost human rights steadily since Hun Sen stole power in 1997- and this will continue as long as he is able. No one in Cambodia is really free. There was more freedom in 1995.
