On 2012-09-13, Laos Secretary Energy said Vietnam and Cambodia were not opposed to the Xayaburi dam project on the Mekong River.
Today, 2012-11-08, Cambodia and Vietnam calling for further study on Xayaburi hydropower Dam project on the Mekong River. What a shame and what a liars! If I was your president you are now no longer as my energy secretary, because my administration will not tolerate any one of my cabinets to make any falsify statement to the public or around the world. It seemed that Laos’s government officials are making an excuse one after another, but anything they said will come back and bite them again, because they are talking like a 5 years old kid.
