Why the plaintiff is so reluctance on how to get enough evidences that need to support this case? There are plenty’s of evidences that already exited and why not getting its done by the time it needs to present to the court? It seemed that the plaintiff is lacking knowledge about procedure and it is just a wasting of time. In order for the court to consider it as a case, the plaintiff must prove or present it evidences beyond reasonable doubt. This is how a lawsuit is about.

Laos and Thailand both upstream countries became smarter and will not kill each other to form one regime but ready to cooperate in joint venture to build as many hydroelectric dams as needed on the Mekong to get energy from the clean renewable source necessary for the industrialization of their respective country. Only a handful of unemployed laothais from the right bank who get paid by outside sources strike against the dam’s construction in Sayabury.
