The downstream countries and the so-called conservation groups that organize and finance the protests are to blame. Those laothais takhao from the right bank of the Mekong cannot in fact realize that they protest against their own interest for some money.
Myself I neither don’t understand how they can sue EGAT for the intention to buy Electricity from the dam that will be built within Lao territory. What kind of system of law it can be in Thailand.
