I really feel very bad of my country that the ruler have power over law they can do anything that they want and they fee. the case is need to go to the process justice. how the governor have right to demand anybody to jail. we we (Lao) have law on that which is say provincial governor have all right to put anyone to jail. We (lao) claim to rule Laos bu rule of law so in this case you (government) never do on what you are saying. we are all human but why you feel that you superior than others you need to dare to change this practice otherwise you will be always name Mr. undeveloped Mr. Inhumanity.
