Even though Lao government accepts in the end the resolution by the UN, concerning Human Right in Laos, it doesn't mean they will respect their promises. They gave promises before but each time Lao people are more ill-treated than ever. UN and the free world,never trust Lao government. If Lao leaders bank-accounts and properties were frozen and aid were cut then, only then they might behave a little bit more like human beings.
