Based on observation, along the Mekhom River from Nakhon Phanom up to Thaklit district of Loei Province, and from Poua district of Nan to Chieng Xiang, Chieng Rai provience, most of the Karaoke clubs are owned by the border authorities and their spouses. Most of the girls from Laos were transitioned from midnight to 2:00 a.m by both country border authorities and Karaoke owners. If the world really wants to breakdown the human traffic along Thaiand and Laos, all authorities alongside the Mekhom river must remove or restructure their management.

Shame on the Lao government. Lao government received millions of dollars aids from other countries but the money is in the pockets of the lao government officials....not using the money to develop the country and create jobs an dprovide better education for the lao people. The people are so poor so they have to commit prostitution to survive. Shame on the Lao officials...suck!!!
