to get rich fast. Now he get caught outside of his country LAOS and is going to be another story because he will have no GUARANTEE PROTECTION and good thing

This is not fair. He's not the only one to blame. His closest partner is still in Laos or Vietnam enjoying good life and dollars. Lao government must send Mr beloved Sisouk Daoheuang to Thailand too. I challenge you, Lao government, to do it if you have guts. But I don't even think you have guts or manhood or anything like it. So in the end you will keep your mouth shut as always when dealing with international matters. Chicken government, that's your second name. From now on stop talking big and keep your biceps for yourselves. No-one cares about you anymore, they only care about your miserable people that you continue to kill and will keep on doing so until you, yourselves, disappear from this world.
