Well I like your post sir. You can give advice to Mr XoneXay Siphandone - the son of Khamtay Siphandone who's one of the Lao billionaires in US$- so he gives nothing to Attapeu victims of dam collapse. Already he said that no-one would get compensation if it's not dam collapse and only water release because of rising water.You can help Mr Xonexay to prove what happened in Attapeu was water release !
