No any other world pay attention for the Laos PDR Government killed people. The world still helping the Laos Government killed Laos people because the world gave a lot off money to Laos DPR GVM. Laos PDR didn't want the person who is smart more than the Laos PDR GVM to divide the Money from the world Bank.

China, Vientnam, Laos same way to killed people, no body can stop the killing people.
