Reply to this commentThese Lao officials are bunch of crooks who think themselves as God. They use the revolution excuse to enrich themselves and their families. They must be HUNG for their corrupted practices that are ruining Laos, hence making Lao people life miserable. HANG THEM ALL!

Reply to this commentOf course these corrupted officials need private roads to their private estates. They don't want to get their Lexus and Land Rovers dirty. As for the ordinary citizens complaining, it will do you no justice. Just learn to live with it. Corruption is the key to all high-ranking officials' success.
