Big joker !
No names, no figures, just grab things out of thin air. This regime of crooks is good for nothing, only PR work. Everything is just for the look, no substance.

Reply to this commentAll this has been orchestrated by the Lao government with pictures taken and shown to the world. With each 10 million of $ received they return 0.25 $. They are the same families linked to the powerpul men who rule over Laos. Who is stupid in this matter, the ones who want you to believe when they say something or the ones who believe?

Yes it is a big joke. Look at the family name of the head of the State Audit Organization: http://www.intosai.org/about-us/organisation/membership-list/national-sais/members/lao_peoples_democratic_republic.html
Then look at what her father gets up to in Paksong.
