I do not think Laos Killed these Elephents for Ivory.
Elephants must Already dead somewhere in the world and The ivory fro those Elephants are sold to Them and they just put the Arts to those ivory and Resale.
If you do not want to see those ivory products Just DO NOT SELL THEM THE IVORY.
