Countries of the Free World hear me out. Everyday news from Laos show us the real nature of the Lao government. They are just a bunch of criminal dictators who exploit their own people from day1 till the last day of their lives. Never give assistance to the Lao government as they will never change. They will continue to exploit the poor until the last drop of their blood.
