Laovien from Sky over Laos :

Accepting bribery has been their custom and norm in Lao PDR. Particularly in recently FIFA case, there's no need highly educated individual to figure it out...he's a ring leader of criminal in the country. Every organization is operating under Mafia Law; money talks from top down to buttom and zero public involvement from Lao citizens.

It is the fact that Mr. Viphet, a son in law of Khamtay Siphandone who is a former secretary General of Lao people revolutionary party, has done many mistakes but never get caught. This time, he seems not to be lucky at all!

The most corrupted systems on earth is Lao PDR. He absolutely accepted briberary $$$ but still denied in a broad day light. As usual...a cheap old school execuse for any charges FIFA made.
