This is not a Faulty structure THIS IS A SET UP TRAP TO WIOE OUT THIS AREA. Just look at how the Alert Warning Local People in this Disaster Area The DAM was Leaking many days before Accident but NO BODY TELL THE LOCAL PEOPLE UBTIL IS TOO LATE. THEY GAVE LOCAL PEOPLE ONE HOUR TO RELOCATE BUT HOW COULD THEY RELOCATE WHILE WATER IS ALREADY ABOVE THEIR KNEES THEY ARE POOR THEY HAVE NO BOATS NO CAR NOTHING. YOU CAN NOT COVER UP THE TRUTH

It's predictable that the south Korean contruction comapany would deny responsibility further to dam collapse. They've already paid $10,000 as compensation to victims and it's more than enough.Now it's time for the Lao party-state to take action but unfortunately they have no way out. The Lao party-state was hugely paid under the table and besides lives of Lao peasants don't mean much to Lao leaders. Somseuay, somseuay . . .
