This should not occur, students need to prepare to pass exams, and the education system should contribute to this. For writing assignments it could be the sites for essay writers (I like http://www.topessaywriting.net/custom-writing-service) etc., cheating should be eradicated from the High Schools. Thanks for sharing this incident, pretty upset about it.

What's worse, students cheating their way through school or their parents outright buys the diploma/degrees without having their kids stepping foot in school at all?
