Lao PM Thongsing Thammavong and Mr. Choummary Sayasone are drowning Lao people by developing more and more dam projects around the country. The more development projects they get from the third world country, that means more $$$ will go missing to PM's packets and his followers. It's time for you to help Lao people not Vietcong or Chinese.
