Please do not try to blame and frame every problem on the Lao government. Stop harrassing the motherland. These three men may not be as good visitors as you think they might be. They may have their own personal conflicts in Laos. They might want to run away and hide from their relatives in the U.S. May be they might come to the U.S. already and try to fabricate the story to blame on the Lao government.

There are thousands of missing people in the U.S. each year and they are not accounted for. This individual is a Lao citizen. Please let the Lao government handle its own affairs. The Lao government is competent enough to deal with its affairs. The police officers in the U.S. kicked some of you like dogs from time to time. What can you do? What can you say? Some of you guys just barked about a country that is far and away from you but when it comes to a country that you lived in you guys all silent. You are not police of the world. Do not try to police every country that you don't like.

Hello All,
I must say by reading all these comments are harsh and hatred. I understand the Lao people living abroad in the USA are not a true an american except their citizenship says so. As far as visiting our homeland is quite interesting to me also. I too went there few times but nothing happened to me because I didn't do anything wrong. I simply hang out with my cousin and he showed me around the area. I didn't have any problem with the police or Lao citizen there. I came back safely and did enjoy my tour there.

For the Lao brothers and sisters who carry foreign passport and go back to Laos should remember that the Lao government still treat you as enemies of their regime and you go back there at your own risks . They want your money only even your family you can not trust . Passports are just papers they are not guaranteed for your safety .

U R absolutely right! Many Lao Americans went missing or killed in Lao, US government never care. All US government did was just a piece of paper with few written words of concerned that sent or post in an internet to the Lao government. This mean, US government did it just to cover it faces as the most powerful nation on earth and showing that it cared. But the true wasn’t there, because these missing Lao Americans were actually not American blood.
