Pleased that I could at least read about this on RFA in Laos. The same might not be true in China. Although I too would like to see the exact text of this law, no doubt it is full of vague language that ultimately gives authorities unlimited power to punish anyone they don't like.

Vietnam is China shadow . Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar are victims of China and Vietnam. Beijing and Hanoi are the same government .These two been playing evil games on for decades .The Asian nation would be more peaceful without Beijing and Hanoi .They are run by one source of communist parliament .Beijing and Hanoi are cancer of oppression and tyranny .
