Poor Mekong river and all the Mekong populations living near the river, by the river. As usual in the capital and at the central level the few families will get new huge mansions, their children show new bigger cars meantime on Facebook they will post how great and successful they are. Meantime electricity price in the country keep rising, the villagers will be relocated in bad and useless lands, where in rainy season they will get flooded by the dam reservoir discharge and in dry season will be in complete drought, as we seeing now the Mekong .
