the laos government should not go on Don Sahong dam because some issues, most important is impacted to environment, a lot of fish will be blocked by dam, the increasingly rainfall with releasing water will have flood to the area which is along the river, furthermore the lifelihood of fishermen will lost because no fish and also flood
