So easy for Neighbour Country who Buy Electricity From Laos and resale back to Laos Oh Boy! Can anyone in the World see something wrong here. And they keep Building Dams to generate Easy money maker without really study the soil in Laos are very soft muddy and a lot of rains and Some more other Dams are facing some Fractures cracks and waiting to have same Disaster soon.
