this is control by God of Dragon to Flood you or Dry you out. To flood Thailand where they have their own foods to eat won't be much problem But to flood Laos where they do not have foods to eat They may just dig out their Dollars bills hiding under their bed to chew

Don't worry. You'll die of thurst when Chinese hold back water because they need it. You'll die of flood when chinese release water because they don't need it.Good luck to you all.
