New leaders after new leaders will steal from the country coffer!! That's how communist system is set up!! Only those at the top benefit.

As long as they have only 1 ONE COMMUNIST PARTY GOVERN AND CONTROL LAOS nothing will change. These COMMUNIST GOVERNMENT
LEADERS HAS BEEN PICKED DIRECTLY BY HANOI COMMUNIST VIETNAM.THEY KNOW LAOS did not have any Weapons to turn against them and the keep taking advantage of LAOS because they have WEAPONS so people who have BEST WEAPONS WILL HAVE POWER TO CONTROL OR ELSE.
