Micheal O'Brien from Manila :

The RINJ Foundation, a Civil Society NGO, has written to the People's Republic of China and asked for the immediate release of the parties to The RINJ Foundation at the foundation's expense in a neutral country in South East Asia that has been named and proposed to the China side.

RINJ.ngo ask that all parties engaged in this matter urge the good people of China to accept this humble offering as a unique solution to a pending serious problem that we certainly acknowledge.

This is not to encourage the migration of persons cross border without Visa or the color of right.

The RINJ Foundation is working with other Civil Society NGOs for a solution to at least mitigate the pending larger migration problem. Offering assistance to the family of the gentleman whose pseudonym you have referenced is an emergency response that will hopefully extend to the other persons accompanying the woman and child parties.
