Another recent trend is to smuggle the DVD content in on memory devices, ranging anywhere from a standard USB stick down to the very tiny Micro-SD cards such as used in cell phones and cameras. In lower resolution an entire South Korean drama can fit on one tiny chip smaller than a fingernail.

Reply to this commentRadios are becoming smaller, cheaper and more powerful at an exponential rate. Tiny "rtl-sdr" software defined radios made from DVB-T sticks now cost under $10 and are barely larger than a USB plug. Paired with any computer, they can receive almost anything in the VHF or UHF spectrum, replacing a whole rack full of radio equipment.

Yeah that computer would be easy to hide, and quite commonly available also.
