Any Chinese citizens living, working or studying in the US who work for the PRC or CCP is an agent of a foreign power and must register as such. Failure to register is a violation of Federal law.
Any Chinese citizens spying on Chinese, Tibetan, Uighur or Taiwanese immigrant communities or dissidents may be guilty of espionage & can be jailed/deported.
